Actually, we should put that statement the other way around. Our ACE approach to learning starts with the students. We ask ourselves "How does this student learn?" and then we ask ourselves "How should we teach this student?". It is that simple.

At ACE, inclusion is a way of life. We do not just practise inclusion,  we live it. It is this philosophy that underpins our teaching principals. We try to provide whatever a students needs.

If a student excels in a particular subject and needs additional support to be encouraged to progress at their own pace or if a student finds that they are struggling with a particular subject and needs additional support to be encouraged to progress at their own pace - that is our starting point.

We take the time to get to know each student. We need to do this so that we can ascertain their learning style. This way we can establish the best teaching style for them.

Not rocket science, not very high tech but extremely effective. Based on excellent relationship building with each and every individual student. Our motto is HAPPINESS FIRST, EXCELLENCE FOLLOW and it is so true. Know your students.
